Terms and Conditions

All Dahlia tubers that we sell are grown on our farm in the Adelaide Hills. Our sale will go live in August and tubers will be shipped to you in September / October.  All tubers will be thoroughly checked for viability before they are shipped. This includes checking for visible eyes, as we want to ensure you receive healthy viable tubers.

Please ensure you open your box upon arrival and inspect your tubers. Please contact us immediately if you believe there is a problem with your order. We want to have every opportunity to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after 7 days of you receiving your order.

Seeonee Hills Flower Farm can not be held responsible for the care of your tubers once they have been shipped. We will include information on how to grow tubers, however, storage, care and growing conditions are the responsibility of the purchaser.

To the best of our knowledge all tubers on our farm are virus and disease free.

All tubers will be shipped express with Australia Post.

Unfortunately we are unable to combine shipping on any orders or offer pick up from the farm.

Our website is unable to hold items in your cart until you check out and make a final payment on your order.
